Gluten free mix for Macarons 400g
With the FunCakes gluten free mix for Macarons you can easily make delightful macarons! Making the macarons is easy, simple add the eggs to the mix and pipe rounds on a plate. Tip: you can colour the macarons with a colouring.

Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 300 g mix with 70 g egg white, add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed for min. 5 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles on a macaron mat. Rest for two hours. Preheat the oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C). Bake for 15 minutes.
With 300 gram mix you can fill a macaronmat of 48 rounds with a dia of 3,5 cm. This allows you to make 24 macarons.
